Booking & Cancellation Policy

 Booking a lesson reserves a dedicated time slot with a coach. By booking, you are purchasing that reserved time.

24-Hour Policy
Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This window is strictly enforced based on the lesson start time.

Late Cancellations / Changes
Any cancellation, reschedule, or missed session within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the session.

No refunds, credits, or makeups will be issued.
Same-day rescheduling is treated as a late cancellation.

No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson results in forfeiture of the session.

Late Arrival
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session.

Group Sessions
All group sessions are final sale. Missed sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Coach / Facility Cancellations
If a session is canceled by a coach or due to facility/weather issues, a replacement session or credit will be provided.

Payment
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Enforcement
Failure to follow this policy may result in restriction or removal from future booking privileges.

Agreement
By booking, you agree to all terms listed above.
